Lisburn Omniplex, part of the Irish Omniplex cinema chain. The cinema is set in Lisburn Leisure Park along Govenors Road. The leisure park has many resturaunts and amusments surrounding it, ideal for those who want a meal before or after seeing a movie. These include KFC, Lisburn Leisure Centre, Big Ed’s diner and a Laser Quest.
The Omniplex contains 14 cinema screens and includes an ice cream bar, refreshment counter, pick ‘n’ mix area and multiple televisions, tables and chairs to lounge on. The Omniplex in Lisburn is a great way to enjoy family time together, see the latest release of a movie that looks interesting or a day out on a rainy day. Cinema times are flexible as many of the movies are shown many times a day in the morning, afternoon or evening.
On the front of the building the cinema listings are written so just driving past means you can easily check if there is a movie on and there are also spaces to pull up to drop people off and collect easily. Around the cinema there are also lots of parking spaces so finding somewhere to park isn’t very hard. Ticket prices are in the region of a child- £4, adult- £6 and family- £4.
Booking tickets online for a popular moive is recommened as tickets sell out very quickly. Getting there early is good way to get the best seats as they to tend to fill up quickly for anticipated movies too. The complex is just a short 5 minute walk to the bus station and 10 minute walk to the train station.
